Pro

Indicative pricing

For landlords running properties under both personal and company entities, and for serious portfolios that need documents, tax-year exports and multiple logins. Pro is for landlords. If you're a letting agent managing other people's properties, see our separate Agency product below.

Agency

Separate product

Agency is a different product from Pro, for letting agents managing properties on behalf of multiple landlords. It runs on the web only and is priced separately.

  • Multi-landlord portfolio. Invite landlords, add their properties to a single portfolio view.
  • Maintenance scheduling. Gas safety, EICR, boiler service — track due dates across every property.
  • Branded reports. Generate maintenance, financial and statement-of-account PDFs to send to your landlords.
  • Agency fees ledger. Log your commissions and expenses paid on behalf of landlords; settlements net it all up.

Freehold ships as a native iOS and Android app alongside the web dashboard. Everything in your tier is available on mobile — including offline-capable rent logging and camera-roll receipts.

Security & data

Freehold holds your rental records. We treat that responsibility seriously and give you the controls to match.

  • Encrypted in transit. All traffic between your devices and our servers uses HTTPS / TLS.
  • UK-hosted infrastructure. Your data sits on AWS in the EU/UK region — see our Privacy policy for full detail.
  • We never see your card. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we only hold the resulting subscription state.
  • Account deletion is one click. Wipe everything via /delete-account — no email back-and-forth.
  • Auto-logout. The web dashboard signs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity, with a warning before it happens.
